Idaho Habitat Works is in the business of making habitat work and we want to take on projects that will result in a net-benefit to the landscape while promoting sustainable and environmentally conscientious natural resource use.

We're looking for projects that will improve water resources through wetland and stream construction, reclamation, and enhancement. Water quality enhancements like spring development, irrigation infrastructure improvements, and erosion control solutions are also some of our water quality solutions.

Habitats for sensitive species are a hot topic and we're well versed in the issues affecting the overall health, productivity, and biodiversity of the Sage-steppe ecosystem, a habitat type crucial to wildlife and people alike. We're searching for reclamation and enhancement projects that range from small-scale/short term to watershed-wide/long term projects on Private and Public lands aimed at improving rangeland conditions for sensitive wildlife such as the iconic Greater-sage Grouse.

We work with private land owners to enhance wildlife and fish habitat on their properties. This can have a number of beneficial results beyond having more wildlife to enjoy. These results can translate into monetary income or even commercial opportunities. Let's talk.
